Megan Pope has assumed the role of Executive Director for the Dayton Builders Exchange (DBX). Megan is no stranger to the DBX, working in the conjunction with Bob Pope on all aspects of the DBX since 2004.
This new role for Megan is part of a planned succession where Bob Pope will move to the position of Managing Director with an anticipated retirement at the end of 2024.
Megan brings over 25 years of Association Management experience. She has been involved with various construction industry associations on a local, state, regional and national basis over this time period, so her resource base is quite broad.
There will be some other minor staff changes, but DBX members will experience a smooth flow of service during this transition period. Your entire staff clearly understands the important leadership role the DBX plays in the local construction industry, and we look forward to continuing to serve our membership.
